The film sheet

Every video still to make, in one place: the exercise library, the three guides, the ad and social batches, and what needs your verify pass. Tap an item when it is done. Ticks save to the server, so your phone, Chris's laptop, and this page always agree. Library exercises drop off on their own once their real video is in the console.

42 to go 4 of 46 checked off

Before you start

  • Phone sideways (landscape), good light, quiet room.
  • 30 to 90 seconds each. Start position, then a couple of slow reps.
  • Say the name out loud first. "This is the Knack." That one habit is what stops an exercise from getting mislabeled later.
  • Then say the cue the way you would to a patient. That becomes the voice of the program.
  • One exercise per clip. Simple beats polished.

Suggested cue text is under each exercise. It is a prompt, not a script. Say it your way.

Read through the Prenatal guide (v3 review)

Not filming

Same: new Happy Baby + Reverse Kegel clips and the corrected breathing video are in.

Read through the Prostate guide (v3 review)

Same: first-kegels-lying, quick flicks, and the corrected bridge video are in.

Call it: does the step-ups/hops clip cover "Ready to Run"?

Not filming

The new impact clip now sits under the postpartum return-to-run checklist. If it covers G11, that guide clip comes off the film list; if not, it stays.

When the clip is done

  1. Upload it (Cloudflare Stream or Vimeo, whichever you are using).
  2. In the console, open the exercise and paste the video link.
  3. Mark it Verified. Nothing reaches a patient until you do.

A tick here only means "I shot it." The exercise leaves this list when the real video is in the console. Full walkthrough: the how-to guide.
